He oversees the planning and implementation of company policies and procedures, while driving the strategic growth of the business in line with our core values. Through this vision Luke has amassed a portfolio of removal works in excess of £5m.

Daryl brings over 25 years of experience in the asbestos removal industry. A Level 4 Certificate holder in Asbestos Removal for Contract Managers and a member of the Asbestos Removal Management Institute, he has successfully managed large-scale projects across nuclear, industrial, and retail sectors. With an impressive portfolio that includes overseeing asbestos removal works exceeding £3.5m, Daryl is a proven leader in delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Ollie brings over 17 years of asbestos industry experience, underpinned by a degree in Quantity Surveying. He leads the financial planning and reporting for the business, managing project costs from initial estimates through to final valuations, while overseeing all commercial decisions. Dedicated to the continued growth of Emchia Asbestos Solutions Ltd, Ollie plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development in line with our core values and vision.
