Luke has over 19 years’ experience within the asbestos industry & has a successful track record in the delivery of multiple, complex projects within set time frames & budgets. Luke has been a key member of the Asbestos Removal Management Institute for over 5 years & also holds the NEBOSH qualification with distinction. Luke is responsible for the planning & implementation of company policies & procedures & also the strategic development of the business in line with our core values & vision.

Jennifer has been with Emchia since 2017 and has progressed in her career from administrator through to Assistant Contracts Manager. She is responsible for estimating and managing social housing frameworks and domestic works. Jennifer is also helping to implement new systems and processes to facilitate our continuous improvement in our customer service and quality. 

Ollie has over 12 years’ experience within the asbestos industry since leaving University with a Quantity surveying degree. Ollie is responsible for the financial planning and reporting for the business, including calculating & managing the costs relating to projects from estimating through to valuing completed works and dealing with all commercial-related decisions for the business. Ollie is committed to the continued growth of the business & is responsible for the strategic development of Emchia Asbestos Solutions ltd in line with our core values & vision.

Daryl Has over 20 years’ experience within the asbestos removal industry, Daryl holds a level 4 certificate in Asbestos removal for Contract Managers & is also a member of the Asbestos Removal Management Institute. Daryl Has experience of managing large removal projects in all sectors including nuclear, industrial & retail. Daryl has an impressive portfolio of managing projects with his largest individual asbestos removal project being in excess of £3.5m.
